The fridge is equipped with a 16T magnet and in-situ sample rotator &#8211; the fridge is wired and filtered for ultra-low-noise electrical transport measurements.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nanoscience.oxinst.com\/products\/helium3-refrigerators\/helioxvl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">He3\u00a0 cryostat<\/a> (liquid helium based) with 8T magnet &#8211;\u00a0wired and filtered for ultra-low-noise electrical transport measurements.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cryogenic.co.uk\/products\/high-field-cfms-10-18-tesla\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cryogen free 1 K refrigerator<\/a> mounted on a vibration-free platform. The fridge is equipped with a 14T magnet and in-situ sample rotator &#8211; the fridge is wired and filtered for ultra-low-noise electrical transport measurements.<\/li>\n<li>Various cryostats (both cryogen-free and wet systems) to perform electrical measurements down to 4.2K.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Microscopes with automated manipulator stages inside a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mbraun.com\/en\/products\/glovebox-workstations.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">glove-box<\/a> &#8211; the facilities are used to prepare high-quality van der Waals heterostructures in an inert environment.<\/li>\n<li>Thermal evaporation systems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We also utilize the extensive research facilities available in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.physics.iisc.ac.in\/facilities-departmental.php\" target=\"&quot;_blank\">Physics department <\/a>\u00a0and at the <a href=\"http:\/\/nnfc.cense.iisc.ac.in\/\" target=\"&quot;_blank\"> National Nanofabrication Centre (NNfC)<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/mncf.cense.iisc.ac.in\/\" target=\"&quot;_blank\"> Micro and Nano Characterization facility (MNCF) <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The experimental facilities available in our group are: Cryogen free dilution refrigerator mounted on a vibration-free platform.
